The full 8-unit program begins with CTI's shared Carbon Accounting intake. Choose the next available intake when enrolling. Live session times are arranged with participants before commencement so CTI can find a time that works reasonably well for the group.

Delivery 8 live webinars Approx. 1.5 hours each

Already completed CTI Carbon Accounting?

You only need the 3 additional offsetting learning units.

Eligible CTI Carbon Accounting graduates do not repeat the first five learning units. Your completed learning carries forward, so you can progress directly into the additional offsetting content required to complete the 8-unit integrated pathway. Contact CTI to arrange the next suitable progression into these three units.

5 completed + 3 additional = 8 learning units Contact CTI about enrolment in the graduate progression pathway.

Program structure

Eight connected learning units without unnecessary repetition.

Each learning unit includes approximately 1.5 hours of live online teaching supported by CTI workbooks, practical examples and course materials. Session times are arranged with participants before commencement.

How the integrated pathway works

The first five learning units are CTI's Carbon Accounting foundation. Participants then complete three additional offsetting learning units.

The standalone Carbon Offsetting course contains four learning units. One of those units includes foundation learning already covered within Carbon Accounting, which is why eligible Carbon Accounting graduates complete only the three additional units. Standalone Carbon Offsetting has separate commencement arrangements and does not use the shared Carbon Accounting intake dates.

If you only need the accounting foundation, you can begin with Carbon Accounting. If you only need specialist offsetting learning, view the Carbon Offsetting course.

Units 1–5
Carbon Accounting Organisational greenhouse-gas accounting foundation.
Units 6–8
Additional Carbon Offsetting Specialist learning in offsets, markets, quality and appropriate use.
Outcome
Integrated Accounting & Offsetting capability Eight learning units completed as one connected professional pathway.
