We do not require a street address for ordinary online course enrolment unless it becomes necessary for a particular transaction, legal requirement or service.

CTI does not need to receive or store your full payment-card number in order to process a standard online enrolment. CTI takes reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including course administration, certification, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution and legal requirements. Information that is no longer required may be deleted, destroyed or de-identified where appropriate.
